One Year Old!

I've been so busy lately that I've missed my blog's first birthday.

Back on March 14th They Best Shine Next celebrated it's first anniversary!

It's amazing how fast time is passing when you have your hands full of work. But no matter how busy I may be, I'll still try my best to keep this blog alive.

i Light Festival

 i Light Marina Bay 2012

Absolutely nothing to do with Apple, iLight is Asia's first light art festival held in Singapore.

This is the 2nd time the festival is organized, and is currently held at Marina Bay from 9 March to 1 April 2012.

This year's theme is "Light Meets Asia", and it features more than 30 over innovative light installations installed at the waterfront promenade. The event is held to raise awareness on energy usage and energy saving, in particular to lighting in the urban environment.

The event lights up the nightscape of the Marina Bay Sands beautifully and most of the light art installations are very dynamic, innovative and visually appealing. So it is certainly worth a trip down. There are other programmes and activities as well, such as workshops, guided tours and performances. Check them all out at their website.
